The Franklin is hosting its 6th annual New Year's Eve party. The festivities will run from 9:00pm - 1:00am. We will be offering a cocktail tasting menu that will feature some of the first work of Sara Justice as Head Bartender of The Franklin.
Sara, inspired by drinks, foods, flavors, of the Pennsylvania Dutch, has put together a menu that is sure to identify with many who grew up in the (greater) Philadelphia area:

The Franklin welcomed Sara back this November after stints at PDT (NYC) and Holeman and Finch (Atlanta). Sara started bartending at The Franklin at the age of 22, and now, at 26 years young, is regarded as one of best new bartenders in the country.
Please arrive comfortably between 9:00 and 9:30 so we can treat you and your guest(s) to an extremely unique drink experience. At midnight, we will be pouring champagne and count down 2014 in style. For food, we will be providing passed hors d'oeuvres throughout the evening. But to drink well into the New Year at The Franklin, we always encourage you to enjoy a fine dinner prior to imbibing.
How does the ticketing work? You pay by table, with the exception of sitting at the bartop, where you pay for an individual seat, or a couple seats for you and a friend. For example, if you buy "Table 4", the cost is $250 total or $125/guest. Another example, if you buy "Table 100", the total cost is $1,000 or $125/guest, as the table seats 8. The ticket prices include the tasting menu, food, tax, and gratuity.
